Highlights in committee meetings include:

• Hearing of Kristalina Georgieva, Bulgarian Commissioner-designate for humanitarian aid and crisis response (Development Committee - Wednesday)

• Security of gas supply - 1st reading Regulation - discussion of tabled amendments (Industry Committee - Thursday)

• Yiorgos Ioannidis - visiting fellow at Cambridge Uni - gives evidence on impact of the crisis on SMEs (Economic Crisis Committee - Monday)

• SWIFT bank data transfer - vote on resolution in Civil Liberties Committee (Thursday)

Highlights of the plenary session on 8-11 February include:

• Body scanners - debate on fight against terrorism (Wednesday 10 Feb)
