Cécilia comes from the most southerly town in Belgium on the border with France. Over the past five years she has worked in Luxembourg, first with the European Commission in the Publications Office and second with the European Investment Bank in their legal department.
In March 2006 she joined the EP office in Scotland. She wants to take the opportunity of being in Edinburgh to perform jazz singing in the next Fringe festival.
