Caroline was born at the seaside in Morecambe in the North-West and has moved via Scotland to London. She has worked in various roles in the international worlds of shipping and property and for the European Commission, City of London Corporation and as director of the campaigning organisation Scotland in Europe. She is a published translator and director of a small Scottish film & TV company. Caroline currently combines outreach with work as press attache in the Office.
