After a week back in their constituencies,
MEPs return to Brussels on Monday for meetings in their political groups to
prepare for the Strasbourg plenary session on February 21-24.
Highlights of that session are likely to include: Marine pollution Directive
(2nd reading); Driving licence Directive (1st reading); Fisheries Control Agency

MEP (Lib Dem, Scotland); Competition Policy - Jonathan Evans
MEP (Conservative, Wales).
