U3A European Parliament Information Seminars

Various locations

The European Parliament Information Office in the UK has been invited to address University of the Third Age (U3A)  monthly meetings in the following locations (see below).  

The talk will explain how MEPs and national government ministers co-legislate to turn proposals from the European Commission into EU law that affects the 28 member states, including the UK. It will also outline the work of the 73 British Members of the European Parliament (MEPs) elected in May to represent the UK at the European Parliament.
